TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read this section carefully.By commissioning me, you agree to adhere to the following terms.

⟡ General ⟡

  • I don't draw: NSFW, fetish, full anthro/furries, mecha, real people.

  • I may not accept the commission if I feel uncomfortable, think that I'm unable to draw it well or cannot meet the requested deadline.

  • Be kind and respectful. Any rude or ill behavior will result in an immediate cancellation of the commission, and your account may end up blacklisted.

  • Listed prices are base prices and will increase depending on the complexity and detail level of the commission.

  • Keep in mind that I'm a college student, and I will be busy.

⟡ Payment ⟡

  • Payment must be made in EUR (€).

  • Full payment must be made upfront via Ko-Fi tips unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • For split payments, 50% is due upfront and the other 50% is due after the sketch approval.

⟡ Artwork Rights and Usage ⟡

  • As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, online galleries, social media, etc.

  • As the client, you may not edit, modify, or claim the artwork as your own.

  • As the client, you must credit me where the artwork is used.

  • The artwork is for personal use only, unless Commercial Usage Rights are purchased.

  • AI and NFT use is prohibited, even if the client paid for commercial use.

⟡ Cancellation and Refund Policy ⟡

  • Full Refund: Available only if the commission is cancelled before any work, including preliminary sketches, has begun.

  • Partial Refund: If the commission is cancelled during the sketch phase, a partial refund may be issued.

  • No Refund: Once the sketch is approved and work on the final piece has started, no refunds will be issued. At this point, significant time and effort have been invested in the artwork.

  • In cases of significant delay or inability to meet a specific deadline, I will work with you to arrange options, including partial refunds/full refunds, revised deadlines, or other adjustments as needed.

Listed prices are base prices and will increase if the amount of complexity and detail level of the commission is high, as specified in my Terms of Service.

  • Head/Bust: 10€

  • Half body: 15€

  • Full body: 20€

  • Other (no central character, multiple characters, multiple body shots, etc.): Will be discussed!

⟡ Background Complexity ⟡

  • Simple: +0€

  • Medium: +10€

  • Advanced: +20€

⟡ Usage ⟡

  • Personal: +0€

  • Commercial - Artwork is not the main product feature: x2

  • Commercial - Artwork is the main product feature: x3

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Read through my carrd before ordering. Take note that by commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.

  2. Follow the template below including all the points and any further info you'd like me to know!

  3. Send me the info via Twitter/X or Instagram DMs.

  4. Wait for my confirmation.

  5. Pay the commission upfront through my Ko-Fi tips.

  6. Done!
